Triple Threat Training is an established indoor softball training facility located in Middle Tennessee. Our specialized training programs incorporate technology to promote both physical and mental development while emphasizing the value of perseverance. Lola is a certified hitting and pitching coach with over 30 years of experience. She is a highly skilled and knowledgeable softball instructor who blends technology and science into her training programs. As the head coach of Triple Threat Training 16U, she leads young athletes towards reaching their full potential and improving their skills.

Destinea (pronounced Destiny) is a highly experienced softball coach and specializes in slap hitting, hitting and defense. She has become a leading figure in the Middle Tennessee softball training industry due to her passion, dedication and expertise.
Grace Fujino
Coach
Grace is a dedicated softball pitching coach and a standout pitcher for the Carnegie Mellon University women’s softball team. Grace is known for her strong work ethic, and her ability to inspire and develop the skills of the next generation of pitchers.
